Ordering Process
Step 1 : Placing your Order
Email aden.collection@gmail.com and indicate
• The product code ( enter as subject of email )
• Your name
• Your preferred mode of payment and packaging
• If you are applicable for discounts (pls provide the page with my link)
Step 2 : Make Payment (within 7 days)
• Payment details (including shipping costs) will be sent to you via e-mail upon receiving your order
• Pls email me when the payment is made.
• You will be given 7 days from the date you place your order to pay for your goods. After this time your order will be cancelled.
Step 3: Order Confirmation
• An order confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is received.
• You will then be asked for your shipping address.
Step 4: Delivery Confirmation
• A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you once your item has been delivered.
Prices
• All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars and are not inclusive of postage.To find out how much items are in your currency you can use the XE.com Universal Currency Converter .

• All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

• Registered mail is encouraged. An additional $2.20 is charged for registered mail.

Delivery
• Delivery is made through Singapore Postal Services.
• Delivery will be processed 3 days after payment.
• All items are wrapped securely in bubble wrap before being packaged and shipped.
• We ensure a return address on all outgoing packages.
• Delivery duration will depend on destination. (for locals* : 3 working days)

Terms and conditions
Colors
• I have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on “The Site”. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Merchandise Warranty
• Aden will not be responsibility for damages to packages upon arrival or loss of packages by the postal service.
• However as I want to ensure the best service possible for our customers, please email us aden.collection@gmail.com if you encounter any difficulties with your pieces ( ie: faulty parts ). This does not apply to replacing parts worn out due to long-term wear and tear and, if the piece was not bought from us.
Returns Policy
• All items sold on Aden-collection are sold as it is and as described. I do not do refunds at this point. However, should you feel that your purchase has been grossly misrepresented, kindly drop me an email at aden.collection@gmail.com with your product code so that I can resolve the issue at once.
Order Cancellations
• I will not entertain any cancellations once the payment is confirmed
and submitted by the customer.
• Cancellations have to be done before items are being shippped out.

• A 10% discount is given to those who make an active link to me (www.aden-collection.com) on their web sites. ( download buttons here )
• The discount remains valid for as long as the button is active.
